Multitasking.


From the big scientific research found that only 2% of people from the population capable of effectively focus on the one single task at a time. Most of peoples are doing multitasking. It`s not a good habits, Focus on 1 task at a time, don’t multitasking.


Checking Social Media too much.




When you open social media, Then you waste too much time on it, You open you FB, Instagram and scrolling again and again and then you can not stop yourself and waste too much time. So guys try to avoid to use social media too much.


Sitting too much.



If you keep sitting too much, then your body is not productive and alert, Because (The longer we sit, the less we become). Try to walking and running every day at least 15 to 20 minutes. Move Your body



Hitting the snooze Button in morning.

Battle with alarm clock in the morning doesn’t give body any extra restorative sleep, If you want get up early in the morning, then you need willpower to get up early. So try again and again but don’t give up, I mean never give up.

Over Planning (Over Thinking).

Planning again and again at every hours of the day doesn’t allow for the unexpected to the happen Which can throw a wrench into the entire day. Instead, plan for five hours of real work daily (So don’t thing too much just take action).


Using Phone In Bed Time.


Smartphone LED light screens give off blue light, Which can suppress production of melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate the sleep cycle and makes us happier.
