  • Drink Water in the morning after getting up from the bed:- This is the best way to start your day, as we all know guys benefits of drinking water and staying hydrated. when you walk up in the morning after sleep your body is dehydrated, So must take 1 to 2 glass of water after a walk up immediately.

  • Drink a Cup of Coffee:- Drink coffee is also a great way to activate your body after a long time of sleep. it is also the best way to boost your body.

  • Don`t use Social Media in the morning:-  Guys If you want to make your day great, so don`t do this thing in the morning "don`t waste your time in social media", Avoid social media in the morning time, Make good habits, like:- do exercise in the morning, Read books, give time on your body, do meditation, etc., But don`t waste your morning valuable time on social media.
  • Make your Breakfast:- Morning meal is very important for the body must take little bit heavy breakfast, don`t ` go school, office without taking breakfast, Give time to your breakfast, It's also very important.

  • Schedule your every Day:- Guys in the morning time your body is fully charged up, Your willpower is great, your body is totally active, your the mind is fresh, so must give 10 to 15 mins to plan your day, write your daily task, make your to-do list and do your every task before the end the day.
  • Work on your Goals:- If you want to achieve success in life so must do work on your goals every single day, In the morning your body is fully charged up and also under your control, So must track your goal every morning and make a plan to achieve it.
  • Listen to Positive and motivated Audiobooks and songs:- This is also, great and interesting way to motivate yourself and make your mind and thinking positive and active.
  • Pray and Give Thanks to god for everything you have.
  • Do Meditation and exercise at least 30 mins every single day, Must give time on your body and make your body fit and healthy
